Bellrock has been named a finalist in the Building Magazine Project of the Year category at the Building Awards 2026. The shortlist places us alongside the leading firms in the UK built environment, at one of the sector's most established and respected awards programmes.
The recognition comes at a moment of real momentum for our Consulting business, following our recent ranking in Building magazine's Top 150 and the launch of Bellrock Consulting as a top 30 integrated property consultancy.
Recognition for a data-led approach to property
For our Consulting team, being shortlisted reflects a straightforward belief: that better data and sharper advice help clients get more from every building they hold. From building safety and compliance to condition, cost and carbon, our work helps organisations make confident decisions about their estates.
It also recognises the people behind that work, and the expertise they bring to some of the most complex estate challenges our clients face.
Meeting the challenges facing estate leaders
Estate leaders today are navigating tightening regulation, the drive to net zero and growing pressure on budgets, often with more data available to them than ever before. The challenge is no longer collecting information, but knowing how to act on it.
That intelligence gap is exactly where our Consulting team works, combining proprietary technology with the judgement of specialists who understand what the data means for a building and the decisions that follow.
Celebrating on 3 November
Winners will be announced at the Building Awards 2026 ceremony on Tuesday 3 November at Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. We will be there to celebrate with our clients and partners.
Dan Weiss, Managing Director of Bellrock Consulting, commented:
To be shortlisted by the Building Awards is real recognition of the people behind our work and the direction we are taking as a business. Our clients are facing some of the toughest estate challenges in a generation, and this result says we are helping them meet those challenges in the right way.
