Our RoSPA-approved, CPD-certified e-learning system delivers role-specific health and safety training company-wide, while Access Learning Plus offers flexible courses across various topics for self-paced learning.

To support the development of our managers, we offer in-house CMI Level 3 and Level 5 courses in partnership with the University of Huddersfield. Level 3 is designed for aspiring or first-line managers. Level 5 is tailored for mid-level managers, helping them to drive impact at a strategic level.

Choose from over 800 work-based apprenticeships including Facilities Management, Data Analytics and Building Surveying. Supporting both new talent and existing staff, you’ll learn on the job, with mentoring and hands-on support.

"I’ve been with Bellrock since 2019 and am currently undertaking my second higher apprenticeship with the company. Securing a place on the programme required approval from several levels, my line manager, department head, and director, all of whom were incredibly supportive and quick to endorse my application. I chose this apprenticeship because Artificial Intelligence and Data Science are playing an increasingly important role in UK businesses. The curriculum is helping me expand my contribution to Bellrock and stay aligned with the evolving nature of operations.
