We have a long and successful record of managing complex programmes of work in both the public and private sectors. Whether it is the delivery of a Masterplan, Framework Management, the establishment of a PMO or simply the allocation of multiple projects, we have the experience and expertise to establish the most effective processes to successfully deliver all projects within a programme. We achieve this by detailed planning, the establishment of project standards, controls, identifying opportunities for continual improvement by capturing feedback, lessons learned and managing and reporting on a series of Key Performance Indicators.

A key challenge is reporting (sometimes on many hundreds of projects), we have the expertise and modern tools to establish live dashboards, common data environments and project extranets to ensure standardisation of delivery, data capture and accurate reporting and summarising. Often reporting to board members, we identify what critical information senior decision makers require and establish reporting processes at every level to ensure that key information regarding risk, expenditure, time and success is provided in a timely, effective and consistent manner.
