We’re proud to announce that a Hidden Workers initiative we work on with our clients Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) and FM partners won a Highly Commended award in the Wellbeing category at last night’s IWFM Impact Awards ceremony.
We’re thrilled that the collaborative submission we entered with our client LGIM and their partners, Churchill Group and Regular Cleaning, for the joint Hidden Workers initiative has been recognised for the work that it’s doing.
The initiative aims to support security, maintenance and cleaning staff, who are often employed by third parties, in giving them the same health service benefits as other employees working in the same buildings. The initiative is giving the ‘hidden workforce’ access to benefits like sick pay from day one, death in service, and virtual healthcare access including GP appointments.
