Bellrock is proud to announce the acquisition of Summers-Inman Construction and Property Consultants LLP, a dedicated provider of cost management/quantity surveying, project management and building surveying services for both the private and public sector, on a national basis, for over 100 years.
Moving forward Summers-Inman will sit within Bellrock’s Consulting division.
Founded in 1920, and with over 130 experienced construction and property professionals based in seven regional offices across the UK, Summers-Inman services are delivered with a personal and professional approach, a combination that results in a successful project from inception to completion.
The company operates across various regions in the UK, including the Midlands, North UK, Scotland, and London and generates revenue from a diverse client base across the industrials, residential, health, education and utilities sectors, including respected names like Pepsi, McDonalds and Philips.
The acquisition will enhance our service offerings, access to expertise and expand the geographical reach, benefitting current clients while opening opportunities for new ones. It will also enable expansion into new sectors and regions, diversifying our consultancy offerings nationwide and strengthening our ambition to make Bellrock a top 15 Building Consulting business.
